Project Overview: HITECH Remedial Group is a specialist building remediation company operating across NSW. Their previous website was a basic, outdated Wix build with unclear structure, weak hierarchy, and no real trust signals. The goal was to rebuild a modern, credible, high‑trust website that clearly communicates their services and improves the enquiry flow — using their existing content but redesigning everything from the ground up.
Our Role & Process:
1. Research & Strategy
Before diving into the design process, I conducted in-depth research on similar video editing service providers. This included analyzing competitor websites, identifying industry best practices, and understanding how potential clients navigate such platforms. The insights gained helped in structuring the website with a clear information hierarchy, ensuring users could easily access relevant details about Editero’s services.
2. UI/UX Design (Figma)
Designed a modern, sleek, and visually appealing interface with a focus on simplicity and usability.
Created a responsive layout, ensuring the website adapts perfectly to desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Developed a clean typography and color scheme that aligns with Editero’s branding, evoking a professional yet creative feel.
Focused on conversion-driven UX, strategically placing call-to-action buttons to increase inquiries and service bookings.
Designed engaging service pages, highlighting key offerings with visual elements that improve readability and engagement.
Incorporated a testimonials & portfolio section to build trust and showcase past projects effectively.
3. Development in Framer
Translated the Figma designs into a fully functional Framer website, maintaining pixel-perfect accuracy.
Implemented smooth animations & micro-interactions, making the browsing experience more dynamic and engaging.
Optimized page load speed and performance, ensuring fast loading times for a seamless experience.
Integrated a contact and booking system, making it effortless for users to reach out or submit their projects.
